The combination of our high-performance high-speed cutters with modern industrial robots enables fully unmanned cutting all the way to the finished product. The specially developed gripper system takes over the operator’s tasks. Whether gripping, rotating, aligning, tapping, or transporting to other processes or machines—the robotic solutions are so customizable that they can virtually transfer the operator’s dexterity to the robot.
The BASS system can be used with PERFECTA cutting machines in sizes 115 through 168. Of course, the high-speed cutters can also be operated manually at any time.
