PERFECTA Workflow

An efficient workflow is made possible by the centralized control of all processes before, during, and after cutting. At the heart of the system is the PERFECTA Cutpit, which serves as an intuitive interface between human and machine.

Thanks to a standard-equipped network interface, the high-speed cutters can be integrated into the company network, enabling production data to be seamlessly transferred and analyzed. The system’s flexibility is evident in its various operating modes, which range from simple dimension entry to the processing of complex prepress data. By networking all components and visualizing the work steps, the system achieves a high degree of transparency and cost-effectiveness throughout the entire production process.

Three Different Operating Modes

0 Mode

A true option for purists. The user interface in 0 Mode offers the simplest way to control the machine. Dimensions for cutting are entered using a numeric keypad. 0 Mode includes automatic positioning as soon as the dimensions are confirmed.

UC Mode

Here, you have the essentials at a glance. UC Mode features standard functions for creating cutting programs. The operator controls the machine via a streamlined user interface.

TS Mode

Full performance for complex tasks. TS Mode offers a comprehensive user interface that allows for the processing and execution of complicated cutting jobs. CIP3 data generated in the prepress stage is imported and converted into cutting programs. It is also possible to process manually created cutting programs.

TS Mode features numerous visualization options for monitoring the cutting process. These include a live view of the printed sheet and the cutting layout for the cutting program currently being executed. Monitoring and control of all connected peripheral units is possible.
