PERFECTA Workflow - Pre-stage data connection
The prepress data interface enables seamless digital integration of the prepress process into the cutting process. By directly importing CIP3 data, complex cutting programs are created automatically, which significantly reduces the amount of manual programming required on the high-speed cutter.
The PERFECTA Cutpit processes this information in TS mode and offers comprehensive visualization options, such as a live view of the printed sheet and the corresponding cutting layout. This integration significantly shortens makeready times and minimizes the risk of input errors. The standard network interface ensures integration into the corporate network and forms the basis for an efficient and cost-effective workflow.
The CutTronic software automates work processes in post-press production. It converts CIP3/4 data from prepress into cutting programs and enables a fully automated cutting process with options for manual intervention.
CutTronic Plus enables external post-processing of CIP3/4 data for optimal workflow adaptation. Data is transferred to the high-speed cutter flexibly via USB, Ethernet, or wirelessly via Wi-Fi.
