Process Description
The plant operator loads the BASA-Evo shaking machine. The partial layers are automatically separated (optionally counted), broken up, and shaken. The machine processes the entire pallet fully automatically into layers with precise edges at a preset height (optionally with a specified number of sheets). Shaking duration/frequency, air supply, etc., can be individually adjusted to the product.
An integrated unloading slide transfers the perfectly shaken, aligned, and compressed layers to the downstream cardboard inserter, where, if necessary, the cut layer is positioned on a size-matched piece of cardboard.
The transport gripper integrated into the arm of the BA 3 Z unloader retrieves the cutting layer placed on a cardboard sheet from the cardboard inserter and deposits it fully automatically onto a pallet via the unloader table.
Optionally, the board inserter on the unloader can place an air board after each deposited cutting layer to separate them from one another.
These can then be picked up and separated again using the BLL air board lift.
