Process Description
The operator loads the BASA. The partial layers are automatically separated, broken up, and shaken. The machine processes the entire pallet fully automatically into layers with precise edges at a preset height. The partial layer height and air supply can be adjusted individually. An integrated discharge slide transfers the perfectly shaken, aligned, and compressed layers directly to the rear table of the BP 132 high-speed cutter.
From this point on, unmanned cutting is performed via Robotic Cutting RC.
All handling processes—such as gripping, rotating, aligning, tapping, or transporting to other processes or machines—are carried out by the flexible RC system.
Of course, the high-speed cutters can also be operated manually. With the BVP buffer, multiple-sheet sets can also be processed. The modular buffer and conveyor systems ensure sufficient flexibility between the shaking and cutting processes. The BA 3 unloader is fed by the RC and automatically stacks single or multiple-sheet sets with high precision.
