Safety Inspection

Planing and three-knife planing machines must be inspected regularly (every 3 years) so that mechanical, electrical, or control system faults can be detected and wear parts replaced in a timely manner. The goal is to ensure safety to the fullest extent possible.

These inspections are based on TRBS 1201 (Technical Rules for Operational Safety) issued by the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

To ensure a high standard of inspection, you will find here a list of experts approved and trained by Perfecta to perform these safety inspections. The technicians listed here possess the necessary expertise to conduct a proper safety inspection and to rectify any defects that may arise or to retrofit older machines with missing safety devices (rear table cover, two-hand control module).
