Quality Made in Germany
PERFECTA’s high-speed cutters are developed entirely in Germany and manufactured at our facility in Bautzen, Saxony. The robust basic design of the machine body ensures smooth operation and precise cutting results.
The parts and components used—such as the low-wear spur gear drive—are designed for continuous operation, allowing the cutting machines to be used around the clock, even in three-shift operations.
The highest safety standards, including GS and ET certification, ensure safe operation for both people and machines.
Perfect Cutting Results
PERFECTA cutting machines are characterized by precision and performance. Thanks to their ease of use and the real-time display showing the current job, the operator has full control over the cutting process at all times.
The newly developed cutting cell, featuring an innovative, active damping system, automatically regulates the cutting pressure, thereby ensuring longer blade life. This reduces costs for sharpening and replacement parts.
High Availability
The systems assist you with maintenance tasks such as blade replacement, lubrication, cleaning, etc., which are illustrated through operator-guided animations in the new control system. Additional sensors monitor the maintenance steps, thereby preventing errors and resulting downtime. This comprehensive service package is supported by the option of remote service via remote maintenance, enabling even faster response times.
In addition, each cutting system features an integrated, lockable tool cabinet where the operator can find the necessary tools for blade changes or maintenance tasks. Another new feature is the full-surface cover on the rear table, which prevents direct access to the saddle. The cover not only serves as a safety measure but also protects the drive spindle and the guide from dust and dirt.
