In order to guarantee an exact cut, perfectly aligned layers are required. Baumannperfecta automatic jogger ensure this and thus increase the quality of your product.

The automatic joggers are divided into the basic forms BSB L and BSB L professional.

The baumannperfecta automatic jogger BSB L brings the material to be cut into the correct position by jogging and additionally removes the air from the stack, which makes the following cut more precise. In addition, preparation for automatic unloading is possible by pneumatically controlled side stops.

In addition to the BSB L model, the special machine baumannperfecta automatic jogger BSB L professional also has the option of rimless pressing of the material to be cut.

The automatic jogging machine BASA offers you fully automatic lifting, jogging, aligning, destacking and providing your palllet in compact layers. This makes it the USP for medium and large formats.

The BASA Evolution is an inexpensive entry-level version for automatic jogging in the standard version and can be optionally expanded to a complete automation line.

The baumannperfecta BPS pressing station is a device for pressing the air into the stack. The machine is particularly recommended for sensitive materials in medium to large formats.

Jogging the piles of printed sheets and an intensive expulsion of the inclosed air increases the cutting accuracey and allows bigger feed heights on the cutting machine.

Rely on innovative technology instead of muscle strength! The BASA evolution is the perfect automated solution for your finishing process – whether for the label production, packaging printing or for commercial printing. In the standard version, as low-cost starter version for the automatic jogging, the BASA evolution can be equipped with further options for a complete automated line. Depending on the features, the machine transfers jogged, aligned and pressed layers directly to the rear table of the high-speed cutter, to a buffer space or alternatively towards two cutters.
